Wedding Checklist

  • Select your wedding package and determine the size, location, setting, style and budget.
  • Contact our wedding department to confirm the availability of date and time.
  • Determine if a site inspection will be necessary and inform our wedding department.
  • Sign a contract and pay the deposit to book your wedding.
  • Make your hotel reservations with your preferred travel agent or contact our reservations department.
  • Send out your wedding invitations.
  • Ask your wedding coordinator to assist you to choose decorative details for the ceremony and banquet.
  • Finalize the menu.
  • Determine if you will need the photographer package and if so book it.
  • Ask your wedding coordinator about the options of live music for the ceremony and banquet.
  • Obtain certified copies of birth certificates and other official documents.
  • Confirm 60 days before the ceremony your invitation list with your wedding coordinator.
  • Decide and reserve your makeup and hair style appointment with the wedding coordinator.
  • Make sure ask to your Maid of Honor or close family member if they need certain services.
  • Confirm 15 days before the wedding ceremony and banquet program.
  • Upon arrival meet with your onsite wedding coordinator to handle paperwork and confirm the wedding itinerary and all details, including any rehearsal that you want to perform.
  • Have blood test completed at the hotel.
  • Meet with the Spa Manager to confirm your appointments and preferences.
  • Deliver your dress to your on site wedding coordinator for pressing.
